| In the first place, we make some introduction of International Development Assistance provided by both United Nation development system and some developed countries, and then we briefly introduce the development assistance of multilateral and bilateral assistance to the People' s Republic of China. We also simply state some popular theories and methods of project management, the Result Based Management theory (RBM) in particular. The Canada-China Environment project is a very important project donated by Canadian Federal Government. We analyze some theories through the implementation of the project, and to find the success and shortage, finally to offer some suggestions for the development of management of int' 1 development assistance. |
