The schedule management theory of the project has been widely used in projectmanagement and practice, the technology of earned-value planning, network planningand CPM have played important role in the management of the processing the progressin various projects. In a consulting and design enterprises, mine transformation ofengineering design projects is a style which is relatively usual. this study focus that inthe progress of management and practices in such projects, it is an importance to usingthe progress of management theory to guide the project practice, making sure that theproject could be completed on schedule to achieve the benefits of the project.The background of this study is ongoing transformation of the Dexing coppermining design projects which the production scale renovation and expansion from100,000t/d to130,000t/d. In the point of view of the progress of the project management,discussing step of the project construction design, making correctly determine thedesign and construction programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projectand ensuring the quality and plan. |
