Since that the performance of high precision sensor is improved,before a high precision instrument become a product,it must be tested strictly.It must pass several tests to prove its reliability,such as high-low temperature test.Even though the instrument is tested in average environment,it's necessary to inspect the test conditions,such as temperature,humidity,the voltage of power supply.Because the enviroment factor such as temperature,humidity shouldn't be neglected.So using the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and the digital humidity SHT11 sensor to build up an inspect system include hardware and software base on MSC1211,a type of mix-signal microcontroller with flash memory.Also design the software on PC base on LabVIEW to acquire the enviroment data,save data and show the data in the form of curve.
