| The rapier loom, a kind of shuttleless looms, has the fastest development and widest application presently in the field of textile machines in China. Researching computer-control system of rapier loom, is very important to reducing the difference of coequal productions between China and developed countries and upgrading engineering level of our national textile industry. This paper gives a systemic expound of the electric-drive control system and intelligent supervisory control system, which are subsystems of rapier loom computer-control system.This paper introduces the design scheme and the hardware structure of the electric -drive control system. A rapier loom drive control scheme, which is based on grasping the operational principle of loom drive and the requests of weaving craftwork, is put forward. Therefore, the loom drive control circuit is designed. It realizes the real time control and monitor of main clutch, slow clutch and weft finding clutch, as well as their dive circuit, and satisfies the request of timely start-up, brake, orientation stop and automatic weft-finding. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the operational principle of electronic jacquard control system and thermal cutter. It designs the electronic jacquard interface circuit and thermal cutter interface circuit, which resolve the harmonization among the computer-control system of rapier loom, electronic jacquard control system and thermal cutter when the rapier loom is running up.Based on the characteristic and request of the rapier loom human-computer interaction and real time monitor, the author has designed an intelligent supervisory system, which is controlled by MC68331. The entire hardware circuit adopts method of modular design. This paper particularly analyzes the design points and operation principle of each module circuit. It has accomplished the designs as follow: system configure of MC68331, the circuit of 16 bits expand memory, the interface circuit of keyboard and indicator light, the interface circuit of LCD display, the circuit of drive power for LCD, the circuit of dual asynchronous serial communication between loom computer-control system and intelligent supervisory system, the circuit of supervising power supply. On the foundation of the hardware design, this paper accomplishes the gross software design of the intelligent supervisory system. The design idea of main monitoring program, keyboard monitoring program based on state variable method and menu program, which establish the foundation of the subsequent work, is emphasized and the relevant flowcharts are shown. |
