The Rapier Send By The Coiling Computer Control System

In the field of textile industry in China, the rapier loom is very important; and the work of researching has a large of economical and social benefits. Let-off and take-up are very important composition of the loom. With a view to the control of wrap tension and the woof amount, the manipulative system has been designed based on advanced looms in the world. The electrocircuit and communication system with host computer as well as manipulative strategy of wrap tension and the amoun of woof have been designed in the system.The system controled by MC68331 has been designed based on experience of the former. Aiming at the shortcoming of mechanical take-up, we designed the system controled by computer with electronic let-off and electronic take-up rather than mechanical take-up and gathered two kinds of function in one controller .In this paper, the system of tension collection has been designed, includeing signal processing and software of interface electrocircuit; the gathering and output system of digital signals .On the other hand, the collection and processionan of coder signal are introduced in detail in this paper. A system of communication with host computer, by bidirectional RAM, has been designed, according to the need of communication, ensureing communicate accurately each other. At last, the strategy of controleing warp tension has been introduced which is called fuzzy. The controller has been designed based on experience of controling wrap tension in the world, and the rules came from the experience of skilled workers from loom factories. The way of controling the woof amount also has been designed by consulting both windage and the reference from rogatory table which had been established in advance, enjoying simpleness merits of mechanism without it's defects .
