In recent years,conventional beam pumping units are mainly used to extract crude oil in China,but this method has low technical and economic indexes in oil production,energy consumption,oil production cost and other aspects.According to the oil recovery data in Block C8 of Daqing Oilfield,the efficiency of the beam pumping unit generally does not exceed 30%,which means that more than 70% of the energy of the pumping unit during the lifting process does not work,resulting in a lot of waste.The advantages of long stroke pumping unit are small stroke loss,high system efficiency,long service life and low failure rate.In order to develop China's petroleum resources more economically and rationally,the research on ultra-long stroke pumping unit was carried out in Block C8 of Daqing Oilfield.This paper mainly studies three aspects: first,the optimization of working parameters of the ultra-long stroke pumping unit,the optimization of downhole parameters,ground parameters and working system,and the use of VB program to compile a reasonable combination of rod and column software,which is helpful to reduce the load and extend the pump inspection cycle.The second is the research on energy consumption and type drop of the ultra-long stroke pumping unit.The power consumption of the multi-outlet ultra-long stroke pumping unit in Block C8 of Daqing Oilfield under different conditions is compared.It is found that with the increase of rope speed,the power consumption of the motor first decreases and then increases,and the optimal rope speed is finally 0.25m/s.In addition,based on the power consumption of field tests and environmental factors,two modes of optimal speed matching and low speed matching in winter are obtained.Then,according to the maximum suspended point load theory,the theoretical research on model dropping is carried out,and the recommended matching combination of model and pump diameter is given.Three is super long stroke pumping unit indicator diagram analysis,put forward the oil amount of indicator diagram method,super long stroke pumping unit by analyzing the pressure sensor on the stress condition and calculation,the static load and stroke loss,determine the theoretical indicator diagram border,the area of the pump's actual production quantity calculation formula is given,and then to the super long stroke pumping unit has been put into production the indicator diagram of oil,and on the results of volume method oil standards,determined the indicator diagram the gauge error is less than 5%,the correction coefficient is 0.909.The paper also analyzes the common faults of pumping well diagnosed by indicator diagram under16 typical working conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for diagnosis by indicator diagram.On the premise of ensuring the optimal production capacity of a single well and aiming at achieving the lowest energy consumption,the highest system efficiency and the highest pump efficiency of a single well,this paper optimized the working parameters of the ultra-long stroke pumping unit,developed the matching relation table of output,stroke and stroke,and optimized the rope speed and stopping time of the pumping unit.A method of measuring oil by power diagram of ultra-long stroke pumping unit is proposed.
