Wenchang 13-6 oil field is a low permeability reservoir at sea,which is unconsolidated,low permeability,difficult to release production capacity and easy to produce sand.However,due to the small granularity and high muddy content,the conventional sand control method may be excessive precision leads to further deterioration of production capacity.It is a key problem to develop low-permeability reservoirs in order to prevent the formation of sand in the loose sandstone reservoir and how to release the production capacity.In this paper,the reservoir physical properties of ZJ1-3U oil reservoir in Wenchang 13-6 oilfield are studied.The results show that the rock of ZJ1-3U oil group is mainly composed of quartz,clay mineral and feldspar,and the clay content is high and the clay is easy to expand;Stratified sand is silt,high quality content,high nonuniform coefficient,poor sorting;rock uniaxial strength is low,plasticity is strong.The empirical model of reservoir sand production is used to judge the sand production,the results show that the critical production pressure difference of ZJ1-3U oil group is small,and there is a large risk of sand production in the production process,and sand control measures are needed.For the first time,the core flooding permeability test and the full-scale sand control simulation experiment were carried out for the loose and low permeability reservoir.The core permeability was evaluated,including artificial sand ratio of different sieve,artificial sand and ceramsite mix,drill cuttings with different precision screen,cuttings and ceramic mix;The amount of sand and liquid produced in the sand filter and gravel packing were analyzed.According to the experimental results,considering the requirements of sand control and production capacity release,the sand control method and parameters is optimized.The sand control method of gravel filling + high quality screen is recommended,the screen sanding accuracy can be used 120?m,gravel size can be used 70-100 mesh,the gravel layer has a sufficient thickness.The results of this study can provide a technical reference for the decision-making of sand control and production of loess and low permeability reservoir in Wenchang 13-6 oilfield,and realize the economic and efficient development.
