Most of them still were using obsolete technologies and equipment, and the factory's production technical management is backward, caused the low production efficiency, more production cost and finally the drop of Economic efficiency.The bath production belongs to the decoration galvanization industry, the Guangzhou Seagull Kitchen and Bath Product Company is one of most competitive and service oriented manufacturer and supplier in the high end plumbing market, which has four large-scale galvanization production lines, and leads the technology developing of galvanization. The company especially sets up a project in order to improve the production efficiency and working conditions, protects the worker's health, and enhances the production competitive ability, which also is the origin of this topic. This article simply describes the galvanization industry and introduced the galvanization principle as well as the pre-system of the company briefly; and makes the detailed description of Fieldbus and the Profibus. Then two proposal based on the Profibus are gave to solve the problem on this topic, and one is chosen after compared on several aspect.This article emphasized on the three networks control system based on the Profibus: On this system , Siemens's serial communication module CP340 to communicate between PLC and the intelligent equipment, which monitoring the processing data: the temperature, PH value and so on the , and then the Fieldbus control network and intelligence equipment network connects in together; Meanwhile, all the PLC of the factory join the Profibus network, causing the pocessing data concentrates to the IPC, realize the central control; The Fieldbus control network link to the factory's LAN through the IPC ,so the other PC on the LAN could get the processing data in real time.The networks control system is the solution of the factory's integrative automation, it provide the more efficient product and improve the working conditions.
