With the development of the living standard of the people, people's requirement of wearing comfort is becoming higher and higher, and with the changing of atmospheric conditions, people's self-defending sense is strengthening, which causes high technology included in closes is increasing. Moisture absorption & sweat volatility and anti-ultraviolet, two urgent functions of summer garment, are able to deal with the questions of heat-moisture comfort and keep people from burning of ultraviolet so that moisture absorption & sweat volatility and anti-ultraviolet function knitting fabric is of great value to research. Coolmax polyester fiber is made by America DuPont, with special flat "+" cross section, four grooves in fiber surface portrait and more than 20% surface area than the regular fiber, which can move quickly moisture from skin through the fabric and into the air and maintain fresh, dry touch. The paper knitted various structures and density fabric by blended yarn of Coolmax and cotton, then analyzed the effect of density, structure, finishing, yarn material and so on to moisture absorption & sweat volatility fabric properties. The paper used anti-ultraviolet polypropylene filament (including anti — ultraviolet nanometer) and cotton to knit plating stitch and plain stitch, and analyzed the influences of density, structure, color, finishing act to fabric anti-ultraviolet properties, got the conclusion that total density has positive linear correlation with fabric UPF. The paper also discussed the probability that two function are mixed.
