The main research content of this subject is the development and design of composite functional sportswear/casual fabrics for anti-ultraviolet and hygroscopic.The purpose is to provide a kind of comfortable and protective clothing fabric for people to walk out of the door in summer.The fabrics were made of hygroscopic and anti-ultraviolet polyester fiber.Through a series of specification design and performance test,the most appropriate content ratio,weft density and the best structure design of different functional fibers are studied.The best weaving scheme of fabric composite functionality was obtained within a certain range.It provides reference for the subsequent jacquard weaving.The hygroscopic and sweat releasing polyester fiber is a special-shaped fiber obtained by physical modification of ordinary polyester fiber.The principle of increasing the specific surface area of the fiber is used to improve moisture wicking.The UV-resistant polyester fiber used in the experiment was prepared by adding Ti O2 to the polyester during spinning.The fiber obtained by this method has long-lasting anti-ultraviolet performance.The cross section and longitudinal structure of fibers were observed.And the basic properties--tensile strength and moisture regain of the fibers were tested.In this research,the 55.6dtex hygroscopic polyester filament was selected as the warp,the118.1dtex hygroscopic polyester staple and 118.1dtex anti-ultraviolet polyester staple were selected as the weft.The fabric specifications of three series A,B and C were designed with different functional fibers'content ratio,weft density and fabric structure as the change factors.A total of 24 kinds of samples were designed.Then the 24 samples were tested for wearing comfort and functionality,such as tensile fracture,air permeability,drape,pilling,wrinkle recovery,UV resistant,hygroscopic performance.The hygroscopic performance include water absorption rate,drip diffusion time,water evaporation rate,core absorption height and moisture permeability.The test results show that the content of different functional fibers in the weft has different effects on various properties of the fabric,and has powerful effects on UV resistance and hygroscopic,but that has almost no effect on pilling and drape.The weft density and fabric structure have some influence on various properties.The UV resistance of the fabric was enhanced with the increase of the content of UV resistant polyester fiber in the weft,and with the increase of the weft density.The eight satin weave fabric had better UV resistance,the value of UPF was more than 90,and the T(UVA)AV was less than 5%.Hygroscopicity and sweat performance of the fabrics meet the technical requirements of hygroscopic and quick-drying fabric in the national standard.The water absorption rate is up to 182%.The drip diffusion time is 2.2s.The moisture evaporation rate is up to 0.743g/h.The core absorption height is up to204mm.And the moisture permeability is up to 10822g/(m2·24h).Mathematical model was based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the comprehensive performance of fabric samples.The results show that when the weft density of fixed for 35 roots/cm,fixed for five satin fabric,hygroscopic and sweat releasing polyester fiber content in the weft and ultraviolet resistant polyester fiber content each accounted for 50%of the sample,its comprehensive performance is the best.When the ratio of hygroscopic and sweat releasing polyester fiber to UV resistant polyester fiber in the weft is fixed at 1:1 and the fabric structure is fixed at five satin,the weft density of 30 roots/cm of the fabric has the best comprehensive performance.When the weft density is fixed for 45 roots/cm,and the ratio of hygroscopic and sweat releasing polyester fiber to UV resistant polyester fiber content in the weft is fixed at 1:1,the comprehensive performance of the eight satin samples in the series of fabric structure change is the best.Finally,the fabric patterns with Between the Checks,Flowers and Leaves,Grow towards the Sun as the themes were designed.The first theme takes squares as the main design element,matching with other geometric figures to form a kind of fresh and simple style.The second theme uses flowers,leaves and vines as the main design elements to present a kind of natural and retro style.The third theme uses sunflower and line as the main elements to design fashionable and modern fabrics.When designing the color,it took into account the different preferences of each person,and made a multi-color design to meet the needs of different groups of people.The use direction of finished products is mainly leisure dress,sports coat and shirt.A series of sports/leisure clothing fabrics that are both functional and stylish has been developed.
