Cashmere Fancy Wrapping Line And Its Products, Research And Development

Cashmere products are favorite garments elites to most consumers for its superb characteristics of soft, smooth, noble and elegant features, but with the social progress and the improvement of living standards, the consumer's demand on costume is increasing which require the fashionable, popular and personal characteristics of garments besides the basic functions of light and warm, comfortable, elegant and noble features. Hence, individuation has been an urgent requirement in the market development of cashmere products. For these reasons, the fancy yarn processing technique is applied into the traditional cashmere spinning industry to develop cashmere fancy wrapped yarn and its products.The cashmere fancy wrapped yarns in this project were produced with hollow spindle spinning machine by wrapping decorative exterior wrapping yarn around the core yarn at two types of spiral form, that is, constant spacing and variable spacing. The products not only possess the superior characteristics of specialty fiber of cashmere, such as softness, smoothness, mild luster, elegant appearance and nobleness, but also possess the leisure style of eligible colors and good pilling resistance and shape retention. This paper briefly introduces the processing technique of cashmere fancy wrapped yarn products.The processing technique for fancy yarn is innovatively applied into the cashmere textile industry. In this project, the emphasis are put on the design and processing technology for cashmere fancy wrapped yarn and, at the mean time, the development and its content of enterprise standard "cashmere knitting yarn wrapped yarn" was also described. All the cashmere fancy wrapped yarn products meet the requirements for qualified products stipulated in the enterprise standard.The research works in this project offers a new method to realize the versatility of cashmere products. It will also expand the market space of cashmere products and broaden the application sphere of cashmere fiber in the cashmere products and created new conditions for the usage of limited cashmere resources.
