In the technology of Sheet material hydroforming equipment, there are three main points in the key technology: populate assemblage of the equipment, pressure charging system of the hydraulic pressure and the computer controlling of the process engineering. The pressure charging system of the hydraulic pressure includes dynamic behaviour of the pressure charging system, airtight coating and the extra high pressrue technology. Euopaea, America, Japan has exploited special hydraulically operated equipment. But in our country, there is no any factory can offer special hydraulically operated equipment. So it is very important to start exploring the technology of special hydraulically operating equipment. It has great meaning to improve the position of strength and the fabrication level of the accoutrement in our country.To develop the special hydraulic device, the most important thing is to solve the problme of the hydraulic pressure system. It is the key technology of the special hydraulic device development. In the traditional hydraulic device, tremulation and percussion from the hydraulic liquid to the hydraulic compont is the most impotant reason to influence the forming of sheet material. In the hydroforming pressure, setting the compression force of the hydraulic pressure system, controlling and airtight coating effects panel formation sharply. And there are many combinations between parameters, also the tremulation and percussion from the hydraulic liquid to the hydraulic compont is a very important problem to the panel formation. So it is very difficult to sttlement the paramenters in a panel formation. The mathod used widly is that use difference paramenters to do experiment repeatly. It is trouble and ineconomy! In this assiqnment, we use Matlab/Simulink softwarepackage to analyse the effection form the main paramenters in the panel formation. We can obtain the result by the analysing and get the main paramenters what we need.In this paper, we use the YH28-100/180-SM double acting hydraulic press of sheet material as our target. We studied the dynamic condition operating principle and the performance of the hydraulic pressure system. We also studied the relationship of the daughter system, running parameter and the structural parameter. From the emulation,we know that we can decrease the area of the servo-piston to increase the stabilization of the system. When the yield strength and the thickness change, the collision and the concussion change. Increase the yield strength can increase the forming property of the sheet material. At last, we use the 08AL steel plate to do the experiment. The result and the analysis of simulation result is anastomotic.
