In our country the mining geology is complex and leads much natural disasters and grave accidents, which brings much difficulty to safety production of coal mine. The gas accident and roof fall accident are the most serious in so many accidental types.The synthetic supervisory control system of mine coal is essential to the whole mine coal production safety. The supervisory control system is the fundamental facilities of enterprise information management. Taking LuDong mine coal for example, this paper discusses the present and development of coal mine supervisory control system. Furthermore, it explains the logical and physical structure of LuDong coal mine supervisory control system. It discusses the application of iFIX in coal mine supervisory control system.The coal mine is a complex space production system that consists of man-machine environment. There are lots of accidentals and hazard sources in coal mine environments, which do differently harm to coal mine safety. According to the characteristics of coal mine accidentals and hazard sources, it is important to evaluate, identify the accidentals and hazard sources model.The predication of coal mine is combined of many subjects. At present, there are lots of theories and methods in the research of mine coal safety, many of which have been applied. In this article it joins the fuzzy math with analytic hierarchy process to research the gas accident and roof fall accident predication model.The situation of coal mine safety production is serious, one of which reason is that the information method is backward. The design of early warning information system is combined with computer technology, synthetic sensor technology, data acquisition technology and network technology, which establishes a early warning information platform to monitor the accidental, transfer data and predict hazards.This article firstly researches the safety monitoring system of mine coal, and then estimates the source of danger, which stresses on the gas accidents and roof fall accident. On the basis of above discusses it employs multilevel synthetic fuzzy estimation to explore the information model of mine coal safety and designs the early warning system of mine coal safety that integrates safety predication and warning. Finally, it looks forward to the next researches. |
