Based on the topic “general platform of non-coal underground mine safetymonitoring and pre-warning decision on the basis of Internet of things technology”jointly researched and developed by Sinosteel Mining Development Co., Ltd.,Sinosteel Shandong Mining Co., Ltd and Sinosteel Wuhan Security andEnvironmental Protection Research Institute Co., Ltd., this paper studied pre-warningsystem of on-line dynamic security, auxiliary decision-making system of emergencyrescue, on-line monitoring system based on mine GIS and safety supervision systembased on intelligent mobile terminal, built the platform of mine safety monitoring andpre-warning decision based on Internet of things. Mainly do the following research:(1) In the study of on-line dynamic safety pre-warning system, from personnelquality and behavior, equipments and facilities, working environment, naturalgeological conditions and safety management, built safety pre-warning index systemthat consists of five first-level indicators,39second-level indicators; after the studyon early warning, divided alarm into three display modes: yellow, orange and redthree-level pre-warning; comprehensively analyzed and contrasted the computingmethod based on AHP and the information entropy, and then worked out the fuzzyweight of each index in the index system with weighted fuzzy entropy based ontriangular fuzzy number, comprehensive safety index model is established accordingto the theory of risk; The index model is related to the safe operation days, the indexweight, alarm frequency, alarm level, the coefficient can be determined according tothe statistics and analysis of actual data and historical data of mine; at the same timewith the aid of computer software, the security index figure which directly andconveniently can be formed, thus reflect the safety state of mine real-timely anddynamically.(2) In the study of auxiliary decision-making system of emergency rescue,carried out3D modeling on roadway in accordance with the data structure of the"chart", marked the data of wind speed (traveling speed of arrow) and wind direction(traveling direction of arrow) with the movement arrow in the extending direction ofroadway with the method of multilayer dynamic texture mixing, and establishedproportional3D model of building with tools such as3DSMax; conducted calculationof mine ventilation with the method of Scott-Hinsley in looping, and deduced thetoxic or harmful gas with depth priority search strategy based on the theory of graphtheory; at the same time, based on the shortest path routing algorithm (Dijkstraalgorithm), combined with the actual real-time situation, to generate escape routes forpolicy makers to reference. (3) Faced with the limitation that got by the environment and conditions in thenon-coal mine underground for electronic products, the construction plan of non-coalmine underground dynamic information online monitoring system that consists ofmany subsystems, such as data acquisition, data transmission, safety informationmanagement, and security early warning information, rescue decision information isproposed based on the underground wireless communication technology andmultimedia wireless sensor network technology; solved the problem of trajectoryplayback in the process of dynamic monitoring with point-to-point path matchingalgorithm and trajectory playback algorithm of trajectory interpolation.(4) In portable devices with Android system such as mobile phone or tablet PC,chose SQLite embedded database, to position with the method of intelligent inductionwireless router address. At the same time, used Http Socket and JSON (Java ScriptObject Notation) to realize the interaction and synchronization of mobile terminal andserver database, and establish safety inspection system based on intelligent mobileterminal, realized the informatization, networking, localization and instantaneity ofsafety inspection based on Internet of things.(5) On the basis of comprehensive research results, based on the existing safetyproduction standardization system, to establish safety management and pre-warningsystem with the data of safety pre-warning system and on-line monitoring system;based on the data provided by safety management and pre-warning system anddynamic information of on-line monitoring system, establish a3D dynamicsimulation mine accident rescue auxiliary decision-making system. Through sharingdatabase design and requirements analysis, based on Internet of things technology,these systems apply various sensing technologies, connect the personnel, equipmentsand sites of the mine to Internet through the means of network communication, torealize remote monitoring, automatic alarm and control, and thus achieve theintegrative platform of "management, control and operation".Researched and developed an extensible information platform with strongcompatibility for non-coal underground mine, which integrates safety management,on-line monitoring, remote control, risk pre-warning, aid decision making ofemergency rescue, virtual simulation and other functions. The platform has onlineused in Sinosteel Shandong Mining Co., Ltd and Sinosteel Shandong Fuquan MiningCo., Ltd.
