The coal industry plays an important role at the present and future national economicdevelopment as a basic industry. However, accidents happened frequently in coal mines inrecent years. It shows coal industry system having a lot of potential safety problems. So, it hasan important practical significance to improve study on coal mine safety early warning forenhancing reliability and scientificity of coal mine management. It can also prevent andreduce coal mine accidents and reduce accidents losses.The research object of this paper is well versed in mining production system of coalmining enterprises. In the paper, modern advanced coal mine safety system engineering, riskof coal mine safety evaluation theory and coal mine safety early warning theory were usedcomprehensively. And safety warning, the major issues in coal mine safety system wereanalyzed and studied comprehensively, deeply and specifically. The studies including,(1)analyzing current situation of coal mine safety early warning in home and abroad and specificproblems existed;(2) based on national coal mine safety status and influence factors, studyingand exploring the build of perfect coal mine safety early warning management system andperfect mode of coal mine safety early warning;(3) based on coal mine safety early warningmanagement theory, building a complete safety early warning management system of coalmining enterprises;(4) studying and analyzing present situation of coal mine safetyproduction in China and summarizing general rule of coal mine safety accident and specialcircumstances;(5) building interlocking "man-machine-ring-the" coal mine safetymanagement system.Because of the uncertainty of coal mine safety risk factors, perfect coal mine safety earlywarning model using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in security system of coal industryunder the premise of the gray system theory. And on this basis, coal mine safety riskcoefficients were evaluated using whitening weight function of gray system theory in coalindustry safety system and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It provided reliable and valuable theoretical references for building perfect or building perfect coal mine safety management ofcoal mine safety early warning model to provide reliable and valuable theory reference forperfect coal mine safety early warning model.The above models and methods are used in mines and desired results are achieved.
