Toutongfeng capsules is Chinese traditional medicine and new medicine which is constituted by Angelica Dahurica, Ligusticum and green tea.It has the efficacy of eliminating draft, and is mainly used for curing dizziness, migraine and rhinocleisis dental pain.Part one: The research of Panax notoginseng in Baoxinning capsule Firstly, The thesis summarized the studies of Panax notoginseng and the applications of macroporous resin to separate the effective components of Saponins of Panax notoginseng(PNS). Secondly, we established the method of determining notoginsenoside in Baoxinning capsule by HPLC in order to ensure the well quality of technics, investigated the method of extracting notoginsenoside R1,ginsenosides Rg1,ginsenosides Rb1 with ethanol, and enriched them with macroporous resin. The result was simiple and exactly, so the method could be the foundation of building the quality standard of Baoxinning capsules.Part two: The study of the determing method of coumarins in Angelica dahurica and Toutongfeng capsulesThis paper introduced the chemical compositions, phaarmacological action and clinical application of Angelica dahurica . Also summarized the studies of the content determination methods of imperatorin and isoimperatorin.
