Ginseng is a kind of traditional medicine herbs used in China for thousand years. The main active ingredients of ginseng are ginsenoside. Many reports have shown that ginsenosides are of great significance to pharmacological effects. Some of the products made of ginseng are health care products.Ginseng drinks were beverage made of raw material of ginseng, which is popular in ginseng market.Graphene oxide is of huge specific surface area so that it can be used as a new type of adsorbent of organic compounds and pesticide residues because of adsorption properties. In order to prevent disease and insect pests,a large number of pesticides were used.High toxic organophosphorus pesticides are forbiden, pyrethriods pesticides are widely used for their low toxicity, high efficiency, low residue in the prevention diseases and insect pests in ginseng. Some of the pyrethriods pesticides have teratogenic and carcinogenic effects to people, which directly limit the quality of ginseng products. The systematical reviews of articles,In this work, ginseng drinks is applied as the subject, focus on the extraction of ginsenosides in ginseng drinks,anti-allergic activity of the main component in the drinks(ginsenosides Rg1 and Re),and the enrichment of pyrethriods pesticide residues,as follows:(1)The common ginsenosides Rg1 and Re was extracted from ginseng drinks by magnetic solid phase extraction(MSPE)method. The orthogonal experiment was designed based on the single factors. The extraction process was including the dosage of eluent, extraction time and ratio of material and liquid. As the results show, when methanol was applied as elution, extraction volume was 8 m L,extraction time was 40 min,the ratio of material and liquid was set at 2:3,the extraction fields of ginsenosides,Rg1 and Re are 47.51?g/m L ? 58.6?g/m L,respectively.(2)Oxide grapheme was investigated as adsorbent to enrich the pyrethriods pesticide residues from ginseng beverage.Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the enrichment process. When the adsorbent was oxide grapheme for 2 mg and the adsorption time was 20 min,acetone-cyclohexane(1: 1)was used as elution, the volume was 8 m L.The recoveries of the five pyrethroid pesticides, including cyfluthrin, tefluthrin, fenvalerate, permethrin and bifenthrin were 105.98%,65.93%,105.17%,93.69% and 89.46%.(3)The anti-allergic activity of ginsenosides Rg1 and Re on antigen induced RBL-2H3 cells was evaluated by ?-HEX release. At the concentration of 1.5625,3.125,6.25,12.5,25 ?M,with the increasing of the concentration of ginsenosides Rg1,the ?-HEX release of cells were decreased. At the concentration of 1.5625,3.125,6.25,12.5,25,50 ?M with the increasing of the concentration of ginsenosides Re,the ?-HEX release of cells were decreased. As the results show,ginsenosides,Rg1 and Re,have some anti-allergic activity.
