Flow Can Crush For The Study Of The Absorption Of The Drug Manufacturing Process

By analyzing of the traditional inject pasting technology and batch pasting technology, the fluid energy paste technology was provided and the product line was founded ,which was based on the new fluid energy mill. SQ-2 double base propellants and modified double base propellant with different RDX and paste with Ultra-fine RDX have been made by this new technology. These samples were characterized. The result show that the SQ-2 double base propellants using the new technology has better good physical and chemical performance, stabilization and combustion performance than it by the old technology. At the same time, ballistic performance has changed a little, but the mechanical performance has improved. The mechanical performance of modified double base propellant which has been produced by the new technology with different RDX has improved too. Substituting the new paste making technology for old technology is a new way.
