Rubber skeleton material is widely used in radial tire.The bonding property between steel wire and rubber at the interface of radial tire skeleton material is the guarantee of tire safety.Based on the bonding mechanism of rubber steel wire and relatively perfect formulation system,rubber steel wire specimens are prepared by using mixer,opener and flat vulcanizer.The effects of vulcanization system and reinforce system on the bonding properties of rubber steel wire in formulation system were explored by using the test data of Rotorless vulcanizer,tension tester and dynamic fatigue tester,and the formulation system was continuously improved.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The effects of accelerators and vulcanizers on the bonding properties of rubber steel wire specimens in the vulcanization system of rubber were studied experimentally.It was found that among accelerators NOBS,CZ,DZ,NS and HMT,when NS was used as the main accelerator and HMT was used as the second accelerator could not only obtain good bonding properties,but also ensure almost no negative effects to other properties of rubber.When using insoluble sulphur IS70-20 as vulcanizing agent,the adhesive properties of rubber steel wire and the comprehensive properties of rubber compound are better than using ordinary sulphur S as vulcanizing agent.2.The effects of carbon black and white carbon black on the bonding properties of rubber steel wire specimens in the reinforcing system of rubber were studied experimentally.It was found that different carbon black grades had greater influence on the bonding properties of rubber steel wire than different carbon black dosages.Among carbon black N115,N234,N330,N375,N550 and N660,when N330 was used as reinforcing filler,the adhesive properties of rubber steel wire and the comprehensive properties of rubber compound can be guaranteed.The influence of white carbon black on the bonding properties of rubber steel wire and the comprehensive properties of rubber compound is more complex.Adding white carbon black to the experimental formula in this paper does not improve the properties.3.Based on the bonding property of rubber steel wire and combined with experimental data and fitting formula,the life prediction of rubber skeleton material represented by tire matrix and belt layer is carried out.4.By analogy with the actual tire stress during vehicle driving,the loading mode of the existing dynamic fatigue testing machine is optimized,and a dynamic fatigue testing machine which can realize radial loading of rubber steel wire sample is designed.5.Structural statics analysis of the key parts of the dynamic fatigue testing machine is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to determine that the stiffness and strength of the key parts of the testing machine meet the requirements.
