With the purpose of seeking a best catalyzer to the oxidation of saturated hydrocarbons with molecular oxygen between synthesized Metalloporphyrins, this thesis studied systemically the cyclohexane oxidation with dioxygen using the metalloporphyrin as a catalyst under mild condition in absence of any cocatalyst or coreductant. Having had analysed and compared quantities of experiment results, we got the different catalytic activities of Metalloporphyrins bearing different substituents, and meanwhile simply discussed the mechanism of the reaction. The contents of this thesis are presented as follows:1. In the introduction, we presented the application and general situation of metalloporphyrins, including its synthesis methods. The development of metalloporphyrins in catalyzing alkanes oxidation with dioxygen is also introduced. Besides, we summarized the theory of the substitute effects and linear energy relationship in general.2. The synthesis and characterization of porphines and metalloporphyrins bearing different substitutes were presented in the second chapter. With the review of the fluorescence spectrum of the tetrametalloporphyrins, it is summarized that different substitute groups affect the fluorescence spectrum of metalloporphyrins.3. The studies of the catalytic oxidation are introduced in the chapter three. Experiment equipment is introduced at first, and then simply introduced the detecting methods of the production of the oxidation reaction. Through a series of experiments using different metalporphyrin catalyzers, the effect of temperature, pressure and strength of catalyzers has been summarized.4. In the fourth chapter, we introduced the results of the cyclohexane oxidations with air catalyzed respectively by copperporphyrins, zincporphyrins. The Hammett equations of the three series catalysts showed the coMParison of the catalytic activity.5. In the end of this thesis we discussed the hypothetic mechanism of the cyclohexane oxidation catalyzed by metalloporphyrins according to the results of some coMParative experiments and literature reports.
