Monitoring System Based On Mcgs Mdf Hot-pressing

With the development of national economy, MDF, which will take the place of wood, is used in many fields and the requirement increases each year. Presently, the output per year of MDF in China is high compared to other countries. Many large MDF manufacturing enterprises imported continuum press and incidental monitor system to improve the automatization of MDF assemble line. But at the same time, there are still many small MDF manufacturing factories in China stick around single facility or some technics, the lever is behindhand. According to the current problems, the writer spends much time in researching some MDF manufacturing factories in Shandong, Anhui and Jiangsu Province, analyze many factors such as the cost and change period, finally built a "similar DCS" system for MDF hot press assemble line so as to improve the automatic level of the equipments in small MDF manufacturing factories. It is of great significance in the theoretical research and can also improve the quality of production.This system has the strongpoint of centralized management and decentralized control of "DSC" system. Considering the cost, we made full use of the function of IPC, which has high performance with low cost. The system uses "MCGS" as the monitoring software, has many functions such as real time monitoring, dynamic show, accident alarm, quality analysis and so on. It also has an extensible data-base for hot press curves, in favor of the improving hot press technic.During the writing of this paper, we debugged this monitoring system in the hot press and controlled the temperature and press of the hot press. During the operation of hot press, because there was hysteresis characteristic in the proportional overfall valve, the regular control of press was not very clear, we used "PID-FUZZY" control policy for the hot press, got good results from the simulation operation.
