| With the development of global industrialization, the mineral energy is becoming more and more exhausted, people pay more and more attention to the production of renewable energy. In recent years, the construction of straw fermentation to ethanol input, also makes the original manual manual control of straw fermentation of the drawbacks of the show: the fermentation process is not stable, the output rate of ethanol is not high. Therefore, it is urgent to design a set of automatic straw fermentation system. Programmable logic controller(PLC) is a kind of reliable industrial control device, which is widely used in automatic control system.This paper prepared by straw ethanol fermentation system as the research object, analysis process requirements of straw fermentation, determines the control parameters and control characters of the fermentation system, through the fuzzy-PID improved straw fermentation temperature controller and do the simulation of MATLAB, design a complete control system of straw fermentation.Two level monitoring system was selected for the whole fermentation system. The Beijing Kunlun state TPC7062 TX touch screen as the host computer, MCGS as the system development platform, design a man-machine interface; the machine adopts SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC, host of the CPU224XP/DC/DC analog input plate using EM231 CN STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9, select V4.0 programming design of fermentation control ladder, the logic control and fermentation fermentation control of field devices.The fermentation system has completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment, and has been carried out in Zhenjiang, Japan and Thailand. In the operation of daily monitoring records show that the fermentation system is stable. Fermentation control system is not only convenient and easy to use, but also very reliable. On the touch screen display and operation of the various time periods of the feeding mode, pH, speed, foam, so that it is in the best of all time. |
