Compound biological treatment technology combined the suspended growth activated sludge process and fixed growth bio-film process, has the advantages of both the high efficiency of Suspended growth and the good adaptability and stabilization of fixed growth. The biological amount is increased the volume utilization efficiency of the bioreactor, make it possible to be operated with high efficiency and stabilization.Compound hydrolysis acidification reactor and compound aerobic bioreactor were used to concentrative treat dying wastewater in this paper; the results showed that the hydrolysis acidification reactor could improve the bio-degradation ability of wastewater. The effluent of the system could meet the discharging standard through 6hours of hydrolysis acidification followed by 6hours of compound aerobic biological treatment.The compound hydrolysis acidification best operating parameters: The low speed stirs continuously, The stirs speed is 20r/min; The micro aeration, maintains in the reactor DO about 0.2mg/L, the operating temperature is 25℃, HRT is 6h, the pH value of feed water is below 11; The feed water load should be smaller than 5kg (CODCr)/(m3·d); Compound oxygen installment best operating parameters: The Aeration mass maintains DO as 3mg/L;Gas/water rate is about 15: 1; HRT is about 6h; The feed water load should be smaller than 7kg (CODCr)/(m3·d).Under the best operating condition, the compound hydrolysis acidification CODCr, SS, chromaticity removing rate are surpassed 45%, 75%, 45%; The B/C of the flow from Compound hydrolysis acidification installment had been remarkable enhanced, The B/C value rise from 0.26 to 0.47; The pH value of flow from 10—11 fell to 8.0—9.5; Under the best operating condition, the compound oxygen acidification CODCr, SS, chromaticity removing rate has surpassed 90%, 80%, 55%.The testing craft is compared with the actual craft; the result can be concluded that the compound system to have the big anti- impact ability to the virulent material load. The possibility verification of experiment craft in this thesis is not only mean the treatment of the dyeing wastewater is breadthed, but also the treatments of the other industral wastewater have the certain expansion value.
