In the past decade, organic-inorganic hybrid compounds have attracted much research attention due totheir pronounced structural diversity and geometrical control of properties such as the size, shape and symmetry. Three crystals of polyoxometalates(2D, 3D) are prepared by means of middle hydrothermal technique, molecular design and self-assembly, and characterized structurally by single crystal X -ray diffraction.In this paper, there are three main parts: First, the recently development of synthesis, component, structural, physico-chemical characterization and application of Organic-inorganic hybrid materials of the Manganese Vanadate are reviewed in this paper. Second, synthesize three new inorganic-organic hybrid materials[C3N2H12][Mn(V4O12)(H2O)2] (1); [C4H12N2]2Mn(VO2)2(V2O2)(PO4)4(H2O)4 (2); [C3N2H12] [V4O10] (3). Compound(1) is layered and can be described as manganese vanadium oxide layers with diprotonated 1,3-propanediammonium with water molecules occupying the interlayer space. The presence of [V4O12]4- helical double chains in compound 1 is noteworthy. The structure of Compound (2) consists of MnO6 octahedron and PO4 tetrahedron cross-linked by VO5 square pyramid and VO6 octahedron to generate a three-dimensional framework containing large pores in which diprotonated piperazine ions and water molecules reside. The pores are bounded by 10-ring windows of alternating manganese-, vanadium- and phosphorus-based polyhedron. The structure of Compound (3) is a plenary two-dimensional layer structure by VO5 square pyramids and VO4 tetrahedra by sharing corner.Its crystal structure and property of these compounds are determined, which contained the crystal system and Pnna space group. Third, the factors that affect the experiment such as reaction temperature, the ratio of the reactants, the pH value, solvent and the reaction time value, solvent and the reaction time.
