The temperature of the wall for the food screw extruder is one of the most important factors in all kinds of parameters. It not only touches the turnout and quality of the screw extruder, but also touches the life-span of screw extruder and operation safety. Food screw extruder is a complex and non-linear system.This paper emphasizes on the study of temperature control system of the food screw extruder, in order to work out a temperature control system which is fit for the work specialty of screw extruder, and obtain the perfect control effect. This paper brings forward the design assignment and index of the temperature control system based on the analysis of the work specialty of screw extruder, and then designed the temperature control system. Then we ascertain the fuzzy immune PID as the control arithmetic of this control system, which based on the labor of each arithmetic and simulation studies of the arithmetic of fuzzy immune PID and normal PID.We have designed the signal-collecting electro circuit, keyboard and display electro circuit, and the control output electro circuit taking the SCM of μ'nSPTMas the principal part.We adopted blocking structure to the software design. It mostly consist of main program, sampling program, keyboard disposal program, and control arithmetic program.At last, we took the SCM of μ'nSPTM as control core, design the fuzzy immune PID controller using the biology immune and fuzzy control theory, realize the temperature real time control of the screw extruder. It is propitious to the lucubrate of extrusion theory and the exploitation of melt food. At the same time, it will make effects on the improvement of the output and quality of the screw extruder, the fall of energy, and the ensure of produce safety. Besides, the electro circuit, programs, and the control arithmetic of this system can be replanted to other control systems with similar characters. And it provides reference for engineering application.
