In Recent years, as private car's amount per people has become larger; we need more high quality vehicles, as soon as the higher quality of rubber: better reluctant; lower weight.The higher quality tyres depends on higher rubber quality, and has related with an important schedule-extruding. This requires engineers make decision in seconds, which traditional controls structures can't reach. This paper's research aims at rubber extruder control systems, and realizes state control systems combined with high efficiency and stabilization.Rockwell. Co's controller 1756-L72 is used in the hardware's designing,which responsible for controlling processes. Running logic calculations with servo drivers combined with sensors within commands. On the spot of industry we choose ADVANTECH. Co's IPC with touch screen and Rockwell. Co's manual press-button IPC is initialized with Windows OS and series drivers, connects with PLC through IP address.IPC uses Lab VIEW to design human-computer interface(HMI), combines with fuzzy PID control theory establishing temperature controlling model. There is a soft style with LabVIEW's HMI,with a intuitive effects,and this HMI can realizes data analyzing functions. providing underlying database driver restore and export from Access. The HMI can finish just as reprinting reports through Excel, using process controlling index evaluate previous running state and video alarms functions. The main control system is based on producer/consumer structure, responds the button operation on the front panel and call subroutine.In this case, we use gigabit Ethernet and DeviceNet resume communications about distributed devices with PLC,converter with PLC,and expand structure with ADVANTECH.Co's Ethernet switch, finishing data flows from industrial devices to management.PLC also uses backbone communicate with other module which set on the same rack., but this only work when data flow from module to CPU. Through testing in the industrial field, the measurement and control system works smoothly, the mathematic model has confined the data which field production suggested, and it can diagnose the accident through a larger aspect ,Improving producing efficiency and using efficiency .The research can provide a reference of applying virtual instrument and sensors with mathematics models in large-scale machinery, and one day it will be improved.
