Aiming at the present state of lack of theory support at supporting design resulting in large deformation and frequent repair of tunnel in most mining of Panjiang Coal and Electricity Company, 1370 conveyance rock cross-cut is selected as research object in Shan Jiao shu coal mine. Based on supporting technology of domestic and foreign, by the means of field investigating and measurement, experiment in lab and theoretical analysis, soft rock type and deformation mechanism of 1370 conveyance rock cross-cut is analyzed, compound soft type of swelling and high stress and corresponding compound physico-chemical and deformation mechanism is obtained. Through the comparison of technology and economy, reasonable combination repair scheme of bolting-grouting combinating bolting and shotcreting combined with anchor wire, and through the research of construction process of scheme, reasonable parameter of bolting-grouting bolt and construction process of bolting-grouting is obtained. Through filed experiment and observation, the surrounding rock deformation of tunnel is controlled effectively by the scheme of bolting-grouting combinating bolting and shotcreting combined with anchor wire, good effects of technology and economy are achieved.
