China's coal resources have been exploited as a large scale for a long period, the mining conditions which are superiorly coal resources have been close to exhausted, the exploitation of those buried deep, existing in poor conditions'coal resources has become an inevitable trend of coal mining, which means that the future of the mining work will be in the environment of which buried deep, upland stress and poor conditions of the surrounding rock. At present, China's coal mining depth is increasing as a speed of 8~12m per year , and in the eastern part mine the speed is 100~250m every 10 years, a lot of mine will enter into the 1000~ 1500m depth in the next 20 years. Therefore, the supporting works in buried deep, poor conditions of rock and high stress underground has become the key to deep mining.In this paper, as the background of Yun-Jialing Mine, described the Yun-Jialing Mine exploit into the deep mining, using bolting technology in 2-level Soft-broken rock substation, pump house and other large cross-section chamber for supporting, in order to achieve safety in production and smooth transition. First, research the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's deformation characteristics, failure mechanism and chamber rock's arch, sidewall and bottom's mechanical properties. Second, combined Yun-Jialing Mine 2-level substation's geological conditions and rock characteristics, analyzed and summarized the problems in the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's supporting of Yun-Jialing Mine, proposed the supporting design room key principles to be followed in the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's supporting of Yun-Jialing Mine, on this basis, developed for the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's supporting of Yun-Jialing Mine, such as The press release supporting, Location grouting and Anti-hanging arch for Floor heave Governance. Based on the above-mentioned principles and measures, designed the bolting program for Yun-Jialing Mine 2-level substation, and used the numerical simulation software FLAC3D to establish the numerical simulation of substation model for bolting structural system of the bolting program's study such as chamber deformation and displacement, in order to test the bolting program's rationality. Finally, put the bolting program into engineering practice of Yun-Jialing Mine 2-level substation's supporting, test the result by engineering practice.In this paper, described the whole process from the design and implementation to summary results of the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's supporting in Yun-Jialing Mine. As can be seen from the practice, bolting solved the supporting problems in the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's supporting of Yun-Jialing Mine, and achieved good results, summed up rich experiences, obtained reliable data, finally, provided theoretical foundation and technical support for the large cross section chamber in Soft-broken Rock's supporting of Yun-Jialing Mine.
