Along with the accelerating of global economic integration and the intensifying of market competition, the domestic enterprises have suffered great pressure from the markets at home and abroad. In order to raise the ability of the complicated and changeable both of domestic and foreign environment and to meet the needs of the consumer, more and more enterprises begin to lay stress on study of the enterprise's business development strategy. The aims of the author's strategic study are how to put enterprise's resources to rational and effective use, raise the competition of enterprise core and make the enterprise powerful.In this paper, a development of business strategy about GUIZHOUHUANENG COKE-GAS CO., Ltd have to be put forward on the basis of the theory of strategy management and combining-the objective realities. There are seven parts: The first third part , it mainly introduces the cause of the select material and the article's main content and the analytical method. In the third part, making a brief introduction about GUIZHOU HUANENG COKE-GAS CO. , Ltd; In the fourth part, introducing some trades which closely related the Coke oven profession from the developing situation of the trade at the home and abroad; IN fifth part ,describing external environment of GUIZHOUHUANENG COKE-GAS CO., Ltd in great detail and give a omnibearing introduce from production situation, sale situation, financial affairs, technical information and human resources structure. Author points out there are not only superiority and opportunity but also position and imperil in the competition for the GUIZHOU HUANENG COKE-GAS CO. , Ltd . according to compare the technology of production, the cost of production, the quality of product and the rate of the market in the trade and makes a detailed analysis from the competition, market, profit and so on. On the basis of it, a strategy frame for GUIZHOU HUANENG COKE-GAS CO., Led .business is put forward in the sixth part. And point out it is necessary to choose the growth strategy.
