The background of the thesis is based on the 210-Ton LF refining furnace of Shougang Co.Steel Making Plant No 2,in order to reduce the power consumption of per ton steel for the purpose.On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign related literature review,first introduces the development history of LF furnace refining technology,equipment and process characteristics,then according to the requirement of power supply optimization and control by he electric characteristics of LF furnace,melting process properties,the optimization model was established,finally,the optimization model was applied in the 210-Ton LF refining furnace of Shougang Co.Steel Making Plant No 2.This thesis based on the related hypotheses,established the equivalent circuit of LF furnace,followed by a LF furnace electrical characteristics of the theoretical analysis,studied the several optimization methods of power supply system,and carried on the contrast analysis on several kinds of power supply system.These several methods only from the electrical point of view of the optimization of the power supply system,but did not consider the actual process of refining time constraints,this leads to the choice of power consumption and the refining time cannot achieve optimal at the same time.In this thesis,the input power optimization,according to the LF furnace refining index requirements,we use refined time and ton steel electricity consumption to multiply,and constitute math model,then seek their least numerical value.In this way can we overcome the shortcoming for gaining the least electricity consumption and making refined time become long,avoid the shortage for gaining the least refined time and making the electricity consumption become large,we use both of them to multiply and seek the least numerical value,and we can gain the optimization supply power under two conditions.After establishing the model,this thesis use the optimization of power supply model in the actual production of 210-Ton LF refining furnace of Shougang Co.Steel Making Plant No 2,the heating process control for LF furnace electrical parameter optimization model is drawn,resulting in the actual test data,and the historical production data and test data of 210-Ton LF refining furnace of Shougang Co.Steel Making Plant No 2 the contrast analysis is carried out.From the analysis of the results,using the power supply parameters optimization of the power supply model is established in this thesis determined,electricity consumption per ton of steel than the 210-Ton LF refining furnace of Shougang Co.Steel Making Plant No 2 status of electricity consumption per ton of steel has been decreased,the superiority is proved that the optimization of power supply model,achieves the optimization of the power supply of the effect.
