The modern researches express that the aloe have many efficiencies, such as anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, anti-virus, anti-bacterium and desinsection, antifebrile and liver-protected, strengthen immunity etc. And it was used for various area such as medicine industry, daily use industry, cosmetic and make-up, food and health care etc. So, the aloe is a kind of medicine plant that has higher economic value. The aloin and aloe emodin are the main active ingredients for medicine, have efficiencies such as anti-bacterium, reduce inflammation, purgation, anti-cancer, anti-decrepitude etc. Existing main extraction methods are solvent-extraction method and ultrasonic-extraction method, but these traditional extraction methods have defects of low extraction yield, severe pollution, industrialize difficult etc.Up to this point, there has no report of supercritical fluid extract aloe, but the feasibility of it was argued. This paper take the overall yield of aloin and aloe emodin as inspection target, studied the technology of extracting active principles from aloe by supercritical carbon dioxide.In this paper, entrainers were optimized at fist, by comparing absolute ethyl alcohol, methanol, acetone, petroleum benzine and ethyl acetate, the absolute ethyl alcohol was determined as the entrainer. Then the extracting raw materials were optimized, by comparing the aloe leaf dried in the air and the aloe leaf dried in the sun, the aloe leaf was determined as the extracting raw material. Then the influence factors were inspected through orthogonal design, the obtained sequence according to influence degree as follows: dosage of entrainer > extract time > extract temperature > extract pressure > carbon dioxide flux. And based on this result, the single factorial experiments were carried out, the suitable extraction conditions obtained as follows: dosage of entrainer 400mL per 50g material, extract time 1h, extract temperature 65℃, extract pressure 30MPa, carbon dioxide flux 22 kilogram per hour. Under the suitable extraction conditions the overall yield of aloin and aloe emodin attained 10.68%.This paper also researched three extract methods: reflux extraction, soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction. Also take the overall yield of aloin and aloe emodin as inspection target, it indicated that the yield of reflux extraction is lowest, the yield of soxhlet extraction is higher , and the yield of ultrasonic extraction are highest, but it is lower than the yield of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.
