Hainan Island, located in the subtropical zone, is rich in shrimp and crab shell resources, as well as aloe resources. A series of ramifications was synthesized by the complementation of the marine natural product "Glucosamine" and terrestrial natural product "Aloe emodin". The Structure of the synthetic novel compounds was verified with the help of the modern analysis and test methods:TLC, HNMR, IR, UV, X-Ray, etc. The inhibition of acetylcholinesterase and urease was studied and explained by virtual docking. The thesis is divided into the following sections:1. To study6derivatives of glucosamine, which is produced by the DCC-catalyzed condensation reaction with glucosamine abstracted from shrimp and crab shells and carboxylic acids (nicotinic acid, aspirin, cinnamic acid), its properties and synthesis conditions.2.4glucosamine-aloe emodin ramifications were synthesized with the marine natural product "Glucosamine" and the terrestrial natural product "Aloe emodin". Then the properties and synthesis conditions of the compounds were detected.3. To study the properties and reaction conditions of7quatermary ammonium compounds, which were produced by the interaction of aloe-emodin chloride, the methylation of chlorinated aloe-emodin and tertiary amine compounds, such as triethylamine, pyridine and N,N-dimethlaniline.4. A series of schiff base compounds are synthetized with aloe dmodin, and its properties and synthesis conditions were studied.5. Docking with MOE database created by the synthetic compounds and the well pretreated acetylcholinesterase1ACJ and1E66, and taking Tacrine and Huperzine as a positive control to conclude that the effects of quaternary ammonium compounds are better than the positive controls according to virtual screening results.6. The active study of urease and AChE shows that the compounds have no significant Inhibition of urease, and quaternary ammonium compounds have striking inhibition of AChE.
