It is the era of information economy now, which requires the innovative talents and thus education faces the new challenge .In order to adapt to the era and requirement to the talents from the future society, we must change the educational notion, teaching mode and students'learning method. well then, how can we nurture students'creative spirits and consciousness and thereby give the priority to the students in studying and change the students'learning method. Showing in practice, Webquest learning is one of the best means of studying.The curriculum of Biology of Culinary Microorganisms is a subject .which is highly practical. From now on the teaching mode used in the course still is the traditional means of imparting and practice is an auxiliary class in Biology of Culinary Microorganisms curriculum. This teaching mode gives priority to imparting knowledge. Because of lake of researching, it is difficult for students to synthesize, make use of and create knowledge by making the old knowledge as a carrier. Webquest learning, the new teaching mode, aims training students to have the capability such as analyzing problems, dissolving problems, cooperating and so on. Webquest learning is consistent with the target of training students in Biology of Culinary Microorganisms curriculum .Therefore ,it has a good function to train students'creational spirits and collaborative ability when be integrated into Biology of Culinary Microorganisms curriculum .The teaching theory relative to webquest learning and a series of practical researching has been discussed in my dissertation, which are all guided by webquest learning in two aspects from theory and practice. From the angle of theory, the dissertation has discussed its origination, social background, theoretic basis, basic means of learning, designing theory and so on. From the angle of practice, it has discussed how to integrate webquest learning into Biology of Culinary microorganisms. Initiating the activity of webquest learning needs the web platform's providing the environment for the self-determined learning and collaborative learning in addition to designing subjects. so it is a important teach to design and develop webquest learning system especially for the module of intelligently assessment among the system providing the function of evaluating each student's synthesized webquest learning ability after their implementing webquest learning activity. According to the difference between capabilities subordinate to the prime ability webquest learning ability, students has been suggested how to develop future. It also can be the criterion for the teacher to implement the personalized teaching.
