| At the conference on education in higher education,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological and political education should be implemented in all aspects of teaching and learning,focusing on the fundamental task of establishing moral education.The "Guideline for the Construction of Curriculum Civics in Higher Education" emphasizes the need to comprehensively promote the construction of ideological and political education in professional courses,to integrate the ideological and political education system into the discipline system,teaching system,teaching material system and management system,and to form a "three-inclusive" education pattern for the whole staff and the whole process.In this context,it is particularly important to find a practical way for the practice of thinking and politics in the curriculum.Secondary schools are educational institutions that train skilled personnel.In the current social development,secondary schools are playing an increasingly important role in national economic development and social construction.Curriculum Civics is closely related to secondary schools.It is not only the basis and prerequisite for implementing quality education and promoting students’ all-round development in secondary schools,but also an important direction for educational reform and innovation in secondary schools.According to the characteristics and needs of students,secondary schools should combine the teaching of various professional courses to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life,values and worldview,and improve their overall quality and vocational skills.This paper takes the Tea Art Service and Management course(hereinafter referred to as the tea art course)in secondary schools as the research object and uses various research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method and classroom observation method to carry out a study on the design and practice of the teaching of the Si-Gi of tea art course,which is divided into six parts to discuss:The introduction introduces the background of the research on the course Civics.The purpose and significance of the study are clarified,and the research ideas and research methods are further clarified by reviewing a large amount of relevant literature on curriculum thinking and politics,vocational education and tea teaching,and sorting out the current situation of research on curriculum thinking and politics in recent years.The first chapter is related concepts and theoretical foundations.The concepts and theoretical foundations related to curriculum thinking politics are elaborated,laying the theoretical foundation for this study.The second chapter is a survey and analysis of the current situation of the teaching of Si-zheng in Guangxi secondary schools.Questionnaires and interviews were carried out for students and teachers respectively,and the survey data were analyzed to find that the following problems exist in the construction of the thinking politics of tea art courses in Guangxi secondary schools: students have insufficient knowledge of the basic connotation of course thinking politics,poor self-restraint ability and low interest in theoretical learning;professional teachers lack course thinking politics literacy,insufficient ability to carry out course thinking politics and single teaching methods;the atmosphere of course thinking politics is missing in schools.The construction system and mechanism are not sound,and it is difficult to integrate the resources of professional course thinking politics,and there is a lack of teaching guidance and training and the implementation is not in place.The third chapter is about the teaching design of the tea art course in secondary schools.It clarifies the principles of teaching design of the tea art course in secondary schools,and develops the teaching design of the tea art course in secondary schools from five perspectives: curriculum analysis,teaching front-end analysis,teaching process,teaching content selection and teaching evaluation.The fourth chapter is the teaching practice and effect analysis of the integration of the curriculum thinking politics into the tea art class of secondary schools.A chapter of the tea art course,Tea Art Etiquette,was selected for the teaching practice of the course Civics lesson,and the teaching implementation effect was analysed and summarised through classroom observation,questionnaire survey and teacher interview.Chapter 5 is the conclusion.This study is summarised,the shortcomings of the research process are analysed,and reference directions are provided for further exploration and improvement of the teaching design of curriculum Civics. |
