Of Cpt, Cultivate The Mode Matching The Garment Structure And Process Of Teaching And Research

At the background of the increasingly accelerative process of economic globalization and the integration of textile and apparel trade, the development of Chinese textile and garment industry can not be underestimated. It will face the opportunities from open international markets and meet the challenge from various internationgal clothin enterprise which entered Chinese market, including the tycoons. Chinese textile and garment industry needs to reform in the fields of building of systems, personnel training, technological innovation, so that it can devolop more sustainablly rapidly, and healthily and can play an important role in the world economy. Human resources is the most important basis of the development of textile and apparel industry. Although Chinese garment education is progressing constantly at present ,the design and technical personnel trained from schools can not meet the various demands of the enterprises due to kinds of objective and subjective reasons.I took two years in learning the courses and and I made field survey in some institutions, training courses and business community,from which I collected useful information, physical data and photographs. I Compared differences between the personnel training and business needs and analyzed the reasons of this phenomenon, then I raised CPT personnel training model propositition and posed a reform scheme to meet the needs of business professionals and to adjust the reform of college.This thesis aims to make the teaching of structure and technology which is under the conditions of design clothes more perfect, more scientific and more systematic .And it also aims to make the hardware of the institution and the software equipment can be used more efficiently.I hope that this article can benefit the college to train design,structure and technology talent for market and the enterprise.
