Small Inverter Electroplating Power System Modeling And Control Technology Research

The main circuit and control circuit of a small electroplating power supply aredesigned. Set a model of the electroplating power system, and on the basis, the currentcontroller and voltage controller are designed and simulation results are given. Finallydiscrete the analog controller, and the electroplating digital control algorithm is derived,which is used in the small electroplating digital power control system, controlled by DSP.The main circuit includes the high-frequencytransformer, rectifier input filter circuitand output rectifier filter circuit. According to the design requirements, the parameters ofthe main components of the circuits are calculated, and some suitable components areselected. The design steps of transformer are given. Through the sate space averagingmethod, the half-bridge electroplating power circuit model is set. The steady state andlow frequency small-signal equivalent model are concluded. According to the model, asingle zero-single pole voltage controller and a double-zeros double poles currentcontroller of the half-bridge electroplating power supply is designed. Through theMATLAB/Simulink simulation sol, ware, the simulation model of the system is set, andthe system is analyzed. By the way of double linear transforming, the voltage and currentcontrollers are dispersed, and then the corresponding digital control algorithm is gotten.Control circuits include hardware circuits and sol, ware. In the hardware circuit, thevoltage and current sampling circuits and IGBT driver circuit are designed.TMS320LF2407, which is produced by TI, is selected as the core control chip. And thedigital control of a small electroplating power supply is achieved. The main programflow chart and the control algorithm flow chart of the electroplating power supply,controlled by DSP are given.
