The system of the salary can be regarded as a double-blade sword to anenterprise. An effective salary system has the power to attract, keep andencourage the talent person, while an unreasonable salary system maybring crisis to the company. Building a scientific and systematic salarymanagement system has great significance to an enterprise to obtainsurvive ability and competitive advantage in this age of knowledgeeconomy. And reforming and consummating the salary system is also anurgent task to the enterprise. This paper try to find a proper stimulatingmode for the design and reform of the employee salary system of theenterprises contract with our state construction through the analysis andresearch of the salary system reform of China ConstructionCompany(CCC), and spiriting the employee up impactfully by this way.The paper consist of five parts: The first part (Chapter One and Two)makes the relative research on the salary theory basis to provide theoreticfoundation for the salary system reform of CCC; The second part(Chapter Three) analyze the status in quo of the salary system reform ofCCC, and fully get to know of the advantage of the existing salary systemand the disadvantage factor of blocking the exertion of the function of thesalary system, and points out the necessarity of the reform to the salarysystem. The third part (Chapter Four) gives the specific illustration to thedevelopment of the salary system reform of CCC, and the guideline, thebasic principle, the mode and structure of salary system of this reform through the demonstration analysis of the salary system reform of CCC,and the author gives the systematic introduction of the new salary systemafter the reform of CCC. The fourth part (Chapter Five) bring up theassess and manage method on the new salary system, which makes thesalary management and achievement management combine effectivelythrough the examination on the effective achievement, and ultimatelyunify the personal achievements with the company achievementsorganically. The last part (Chapter Six) does the prospect on the salarysystem reform of CCC, and put forward the develooment trend anddirection of the salary reform of the enterprises contracting with theconstruction.
