In today's era of scientific and technological information explosion,talent competition has become a key factor for competition among enterprises.The level of human resource management determines the core competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent.As an important part of human resource management,salary management can help companies better attract and retain talents,improve employees 'enthusiasm for work,and thus improve the efficiency of the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.To promote enterprise development.This paper takes QST enterprises as the research object,based on the relevant theories of enterprise compensation management,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of QST enterprise compensation management,optimizes the existing compensation management system,and proposes the implementation guarantee measures of the optimization plan.This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research progress at home and abroad,and lays a foundation for the paper.Then it introduces the relevant concepts of compensation system and the theoretical basis of compensation management,including maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,herzberg's two-factor theory and Adams' s equity theory.Later,based on the questionnaire survey analysis about the present situation of QST company compensation management system,this paper introduces the basic situation,human resources present situation,the company compensation management system present situation,including employee compensation system and compensation,compensation calculation and distribution as well as salary satisfaction survey,based on this point out the existing problems in the compensation system of management,main compensation structure is not scientific,compensation system with corporate strategy,employee compensation level of talent attraction weaker;Thirdly,the optimization plan of the compensation management system of QST company was formulated from the aspects of post analysis,post evaluation,salary structure determination and salary level definition.Finally,it proposes the implementation measures of QST company's salary system,including establishing a scientific performance appraisal system,timely communicating with department leaders,realizing transparent and open salary management,and establishing a scientific performance appraisal system.This article analyzes the current status and existing problems of QST's employee compensation management,formulates an optimization plan for the compensation management system,and finally proposes the implementation of guarantee measures for the compensation system,in order to improve QST's compensation management level andenhance its core competitiveness,and Provide reference for other companies in the same industry in salary management.
