The reform and improvement of the salary system is the most challenging work in all the changes of the modern enterprise,It has very important practical significance to guarantee the efficient operation and sustainable development of the enterprise.The research work of the Fuxin the company status of the existing salary system to carry out the relevant,and the preliminary design of the salary system is carried out.First through the compensation theory,broad band salary theory,incentive theory,human capital theory,theory of fairness and hierarchy of needs,design a questionnaire to the company,and conducted a field research.The results reflect that the existing salary system of the enterprise is not fair enough,external competitiveness is not strong,incentives for employees,the attention of their own ability is not enough and other issues.Secondly,the existing problems of the existing salary system are analyzed,through literature research method,investigation and research method,the statistical analysis method summarizes the enterprise salary structure design is not reasonable,lack of long-term incentive pay design,lack of innovation consciousness.Finally,according to the empirical analysis objectively reflects the current situation of Fuxin salary system and the existing problems,combined with its development strategy planning,core value and so on,determine the objectives of human resource strategic management.comprehensive consideration of its current salary concept and policy,industry environment and the adaptability of the legal environment,and so on,in order to fully reflect the internal fairness,external competitiveness and the basic quality of the staff,design a salary system to solve the existing problems,to establish a hierarchical,hierarchical management of broadband salary systemThe results of this paper on the northeast old industrial base of a large number of state-owned,The compensation system reform of the collective owned enterprises and enterprises with public ownership has a certain reference value.
