Based on the interrelated theory of attenuating millimeter wave,the mechanismof attenuating millimeter wave by WLG was studied.Through the experimentalcontrast, proved that LTEG—07 is better than EG as the effective component ofMWC—07 smoke composition——low temperature expanding property, bigexpansion volume, strong ability of attenuating millimeter wave. Studied catalyticmechanism and catalytic effect of metal oxides to perchlorate. Accroding to thesmoke composition request, carries on the formula design to the MWC smokecomposition, used the orthogonal experimental technique to optimize the formula.The formula of MWC—07 smoke composition are finally made certain through thestudy of attenuating performance and mechanical sensitivity. The MWC—07 smokecomposition contains perchlorate 20~40%, metal powder 15~35%, LTEG—07 15~35%, gunpowder 8~15%, compound for generating gas5~10%, catalyst 3~8%.The attenuation performance experiment indicated that: The millimeter waveattenuation performance of MWC—07 smoke composition at 8mm wavelengthachieves 5.66 dB in 20s, which is higher than EG smoke composition 1.6 dB. Thesecurity performance experiment indicated that, The MWC—07 smoke compositionhit feeling and friction feeling respectively is 8% (drop hammer weight is 10kg,impact highly is 25cm, dose50mg) and 28% (pivot angle 96°, table presses 4.9MPa,dose 30mg).The innovation of this paper lies in: uses LTEG—07 substitute PTEG, improvethe stability of smoke, increase the proportion of EG in smoke composition, smokecomposition attenuation millimeter wave was enhanced;Uses a compound generategas to improve the question that WLG is easy tohug the group; use new attributeparameter to appraise smoke composition effect.
