This paper analyzes the millimeter-wave interference materials present literature all over the world,choose the expandable graphite for study.I use the method of chemicals mixed acid to produce two kinds of oxide intercalation agent graphite intercalation compounds,they are HNO3-KMnO4-HClO4-CH3COOH-GIC and HNO3-H2SO4-CrO3-GIC.I also make out the best conditions of preparation of them. Means the application of modern instrumental analysis,I do the characterization of the new produced graphite intercalation compounds.I system study the characterization of low temperature, low power, high-expansion volume of them.I analyze intercalation of different oxidation agent, a different way of puffing, different heating agents of the expanded graphite content on the performance of millimeter wave attenuation too. Thermal analysis results show that the initial decomposition temperature of laboratory Preparation of graphite intercalation compounds is 180℃and 220℃, the initial decomposition temperature of Intercalation market sulfate graphite intercalation compounds is 260℃.Make the laboratory Preparation of graphite intercalation compounds to interference agent,when it is full expansion,the heating agent can be reduced to the minimum content of 25%,while the commercial sulfuric acid intercalation compounds of graphite intercalation agent content of this heating can not fully inflated.Take the expanded mode of 900℃muffle,the expansion volume of laboratory Preparation of graphite intercalation compounds are 460 mL·g-1 and 420 mL·g-1,but the expansion volume of commercial sulfuric acid intercalation compounds of graphite intercalation is 220 mL·g-1. According to the characterization of aboratory Preparation of graphite intercalation compounds'low temperature, low power and high-expansion volume,it need less heating agent than commercial sulfuric acid intercalation compounds when make to interference agent,which has great significance for practical application of graphite intercalation compounds.
