The NO.3 bore field of WZ12-1 oil field middle block has many longitudinal layers, applying multi-layer oil producer and water injector as its main production method. From beginning production in 1999 to early 2003, the production of upper and middle layers has encountered two difficulties as follows:(1)Because of the serious interlayer interference, the water cut of producers increased rapidly, while the production decreased fast.(2)After water breakthrough, Scaling made the well work over so difficult that it strongly influenced the normal production of oil field.According to the situation, comprehensive work has been done to resolve the problems of upper and middle layers of NO.3 bore field of WZ12-1oil field middle block. Combining the production performance, production logging, pressure-measuring and adjustment well data, in depth research has been made on remaining oil distribution and exploitation potential. Based on the work above, guiding principle of combined administer of WZ12-1 oil field middle block is subdivision of reservoir, production from separate zones and injection allocation by layers. This combined administer program has been brought into operation on 16th October 2005, since 20th January 2006, five wells, including A1, A3, A4, A5,and A6, have completed the reservoir subdivision work. The production behavior of all wells is fairly well: water cut of most wells has been drop down from 70% to 10%, and oil production has been raised up from 721m~3 to 952m~3. After finishing the combined administer program, an augmentation of 44×10~4m~3 oil is expected for all the NO.3 bore field, which will make great economic benefit!...
