This thesis deals with the synthesis of (i) polyazamacrocycles and Triazinophanes, (ii) D3-Nicotine,D3-DMPO and fragments of Nakadomarin A, and(iii) pyridohomotropane (PHT).In recent years, macrocyclic chemistry has developed rapidly, especially building new well-marked moleculars is very popular attention for the use of macrocycles in the main area of supramolecular chemistry. The similar azamacrocycles were prepared by multi-steps by David. Leigh and Zhang Cong et al, at the same time they have recognised to organic small moleculars and the metallic ions and made great progress. So isophthaloyl chloride as the starting materials we designed and synthesized Three new [3+3]polyazamacrocycles by one-step reaction.Tetraazaparacyclophane is a kind of wide attention macrocycles, they have hydrophobic cavity and catalytic role, and can Selectively capture,actualize the molecular recognition and the simulation of enzyme function by use of hydrophobic role,electrostatic force,Van der Waals force and Hydrogen bond. Triazine is a kind of very important value compound, because it can be as carrier and receptor. Recent studies show that triazine compounds can be interaction with the anionic well as a kind non-electronic p-aromatic compounds. So cyanuric chloride as the starting materials we designed and synthesized new triazinophanes by [3+1] mode reaction.Produced smoke by burning cigarette contains at least 2000 harmful ingredients, nicotine as one of the main harmful ingredients is very important in cigarette content, and has a variety of biological effects. Because people can become addicted, it may be main reason that people can not quit smoking easily. The research aimed at synthesizing standards of D3-Nicotine to test the nicotine content of cigarettes, for making a judgement quickly and easily whether the nicotine content of cigarettes beyond to standards or not.With the unceasing development of chemistry, especially life organic chemistry rapidly develops in recent years, scientists have begun to explore the middle reaction process of life intramolecular. DMPO is the most extensive and important free radical initiator in the study of life system, the study aims at synthesizing of D3-DMPO to provide the carrier for monitoring the middle process of molecular reaction.PHT is a highly potent bridged nicotinoid, whose structure was designed originally by Kanne on the basis of the bioactive conformations of agonists 3-7a and 3-8a adopted when combined to nAchRs. We are interested in accomplishing synthesis of PHT rapidly and effectivly from intermediate of the L-glutanic acid as raw material with 3-bromopyridine by three steps reaction.
