With the rapid development of our country's photochemistry industry, the liquified petroleum gas is widely used. However, because of its unique flammable, explosive, virulent physic-chemical properties, it causes a series of burning, detonating accident which has occurred in domestic and foreign, which has caused the giant personnel casualty and property damage. Thus, it has been bad influence to the society. Therefore, it is necessary for the liquified petroleum gas store place to carry on the safety assessment and go on the grave accident sequential analysis research, regarding the effective science forecast, prevention and control significant accident occurrence, so it can reduce or avoid this kind of disaster accidents as far as possible, which has the important theory value and the practice significance for guarantee the liquified petroleum gas store place's safe operation.The paper utilizes fuzzy level synthesis appraisal method to appraise the safety of some liquified petroleum gas store place in the nature and the quota. Through calculating the weight of the appraisal target system, the degree of security is judged by the using of the fuzzy synthesis appraisal method, in order to confirm its security ranks (degree of security).Though making use of a set of liquified petroleum gas store place safety assessment system software which is established by the Delphi software, and inputting the subordination, then with the aid of the appraisal result, we can know the degree of the appraised objection more tersely, more audio-visually and more quickly.The paper explores the boiling liquid expansion vapor explosion (BLEVE). Through computing the safe distance between the storage tanks in the liquified petroleum gas store place, we can obtain the relation between the safe critical distance and the pond fire diameter, and the relation between the heat radiation and the critical safe distance, which can be significant and practical to the accident prevention. The study of several kinds of injuries forms and the injury scope of vapor cloud explosion (VCE) with the calculation of the personnel casualty and the property damage in the case can provide the basic theory to prevent the accident in the enterprise.
