Whether the planning and design of Performance appraisal system matches with the enterprise strategic target is one of the important indicators to measure the sustainable development of an enterprise,effective performance evaluation plays an important role in hiring,choosing and attracting talents which shall promote the enterprise overall management and administration and also improve the overall quality and skills of human resource team.Based on the research of relevant theoretical basis,literature at home and abroad and the study of valuable experiences from other enterprises in the same industry,This paper makes a detailed analysis of the performance appraisal system in C petroleum engineering construction corporation and points out the existing problems and the insufficiency.Accordingly,the author optimize the original performance appraisal system with the goals of enhancing the department and employee performance,taking the common and personality indicators combination?KPI and multisource performance appraisal method as principle,and finally set up safeguard measures to make the performance appraisal system more effectively and easy for the re-optimization and re-design subsequently.This paper shall make a positive effect on promoting the enterprise development in the future and it is also good for the realization of enterprise overall strategic goal and then improving the core competitiveness and international operation level of the enterprise further.At the same time,it also owns great value for other similar state-owned enterprises' performance appraisal system improvement and revise.
