The research is to study and explore a method for pre-treatment about the determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in yogurt. Two important indicators of precision and recovery can testify the feasibility of the method. Another objective of the experiment is to establish a good method and verify the feasibility of the method by HPLC, rang from the calculation and the sedimentary reagent to remove protein and fat in many aspects such as determination the nature, fixing quantify and stability and indicators of precision and recovery. Result: the ration of precision is 1.69%, when the normal sample is between 0 and 30mg/L, indicator of recovery about benzoic acid is 75%-91.7%, and the average ration of recovery is 86.2%, indicator of recovery about sorbic acid is 91.0%-105.9%, and the average ration of recovery is 97.5%.The results showed that the method was simple , rapid , accurate and easy to operate. It has been applied for actual samples with satisfactory results.
