Dairy products in daily life as an important component to the meal, its importance and security have been more and more attention to the relevant state departments. Antibiotics are the drugs must be used in the process of feeding cows. The abuse of antibiotics will give people great harm to the health. At present, China use the milk for the detection of antibiotics in general international law TTC, However, there is not easy to standardize its operating time is too long, many factors influence the test results and cumbersome operation and other shortcomings. Other detection methods such as microbial detection method are because of the culture time is too long, so the results are not easy to observe. The Immunoassay of the antibody is unstable, preparation is difficult and expensive. LC-MS is being used on the current international, but its prices are generally high. At the same time the price of consumables used is can not being controlled, resulting in high cost determination. Therefore the development which is accurate, rapid, low cost, suitable for China's milk antibiotic residue detection has become an urgent issue.Based on existing performance liquid chromatography, we used the solid phase extraction prior to treatment, testing milk, milk powder and other dairy products in the cephalosporin class of factors and levels of residues of antibiotics such as tetracycline. For the determination, analysis and research of the residues of antibiotics in dairy products, there is no simple method of high performance liquid chromatography. Therefore, this research has some value and practical value of innovation. Furthermore, enhance existing local use of scientific instruments developed by the depth and level of utilization. Establish a rapid, efficient, high sensitivity in the detection of cephalosporin prime dairy products, tetracycline class of antibiotics such analysis. For the development of new, standard quantification of antibiotic residues in dairy products provide detection methods. The results show that this method can be completed in a variety of common domestic instrument in a variety of antibiotic residues in milk at the same time analysis, but analysis time is short, does not require complicated pre-treatment processes to facilitate rapid detection. The method used solid phase extraction and local chromatography equipment for dairy antibiotic residues, and provided for the dairy antibiotic testing of new methods, new tools and new ways. The first chapter introduced the antibiotic residues in dairy products and research status of detection methods; The second chapter introduced the topic of antibiotic residues in dairy products used in the detection method, and analyzed the results of experiments and research; The third chapter described the method in different types of dairy products in the application and test results analysis; Finally, we summarize the application of the method and the prospect of an extension of its future value.
