Sheet metal stamping forming is an important process method in modern industry. Deep drawing, swell, bent, hole expanding, reversing and so on. Among them, deep drawing is very complicated and is the most important plastic process method of sheet metal three-dimensional forming.By DYNAFORM software, Numerical simulation is applied to establish the typical deep drawing FEM model (a deep drawing cup), to study the influences on the forming result about dies, forming process parameters and material functions (for example, upper die punch shoulder's radius, draw beads' force of resistance, fictitious punching speed, friction coefficient, upper binder ring's holding force, blank material's size, hardening exponential-n value, Lankford parameter-r value, etc.). Some results as FLD and punch force curve during the part's forming are got, the influence laws of some factors on the forming result are analyzed; A square box part's FEM model of an automobile and a lampshade part's FEM model of another automobile are established, numerical simulations are finished on the basis of different blank material's shapes and sizes, different draw beads' forces of resistance, an optimized blank material's shapes and sizes are given, and suitable material's functions are predicted, for lower waste product ratio of the lampshade part, lower draw beads' force of resistance is needed.By the practical testing on BCS-30D model forming machine and the strain testing and analyzing on ASAME(Automated Strain Analysis and Measurement Environment), the strain distributing and the change history of all the areas of a deep drawing cup are tested and studied, the practical testing results are compared with the numerical simulation results, the break height, the strain distributing and the upper die punch force are correspond well, it makes out that these part's FEM models are reasonable and the numerical simulation results have good precisions and are believable.The results have more important value for forming workshops to use sheet metal reasonablely and improve the forming parts' quality.
