Research And Development Of Intelligent Cnc Computer Cutting System

With the development of times, the computer technology is applied in the various trades and occupations. The clothing and the shoemaking are also speeding up the technological innovation step as the traditional intensive enterprise to the technology transformation, adapts more and more intensely international competitions unexpectedly. Now, the clothing and the shoemaking CAD technology has also been being adopted by many enterprises step by step, obtaining significant effects. Thus, the demands of the numerical controlled computer CUTTING ROOM from competitive companies are gradually increased.According to the requirement of numerical control to CUTTING ROOM, the article has analyzed the particularity of the process control of the CUTTING ROOM, and ascertained the open numerical CUTTING ROOM control system being composed of industrial PC machine and high-performance multi-axis motion controller. The structure of the Open Numerical Control system has been studied and developed while the realization methods of the hardware and software for the numerical CUTTING ROOM method have been discussed.To solve the critical problems in the developing process of the numerical control CUTTING ROOM software system, this article has analyzed and studied the following issues:(1) In the respect of communication and synchronism between multi-duty realization and the multi-thread in CUTTING ROOM system, Multi-thread programming technology is used to coordinate components; The usages of the multi-thread provided by Windows system and the synchronous method of multi-thread have successfully achieve the multi-task synchronism in the process of the CUTTING ROOM.(2) Judging from the structure characteristics of the cutting machine in the process of the CUTTING ROOM, the cutting knife corner algorithm to fit the knife structure and the compensating algorithm to compensate the system's impact on the knife have been studied and developed to ensure the production with high quality.Meanwhile, based on the research mentioned above, the numerical control CUTTING ROOM software system is developed. In the field of the realization of the CUTTING ROOM software, the numerical control software resource provided by Windows system has been fully utilized and the object-oriented programming method has been adopted to realize the good man-machine operation interface and the convenient and effective multi-task working environment.
