| Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) is a kind of transparent template with high-ordered nano pores. The diameter of the pores is controllable between 20nm and200nm.In this paper, the influences of experiments conditions, such as the voltage, the kinds and concentration of the electrolyte , anneal etc., on the AAO template prepared was studied. The anodic voltage is the most effect ion to aperture and the density of Alumina membrane, the consistence of the electrolyte is the primary effect ion to the surface of Alumina membrane, the time of anodic oxidation and the current density to the thickness of Alumina membrane. At the same preparing conditions, the aperture of Alumina membrane in oxalic acid is bigger than the aperture of Alumina membrane in vitriol.It is the disquisitive basis of the nano-structural preparation that AAO template was successfully prepared. The studying by this article makes important sence to preparing and application of nano structure and nano materials. |
